1. Fill 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of water; heat to boiling. Add Pasta. Gently boil, uncovered, 12 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain well.
2. In large bowl, combine Seasoning mix from packet and mayonnaise. Stir in turkey, celery, cranberries and cheese until well mixed. Stir in cooked pasta. Transfer to serving dish. Top with almonds.
3. Tips: To toast almonds, sprinkle in ungreased heavy skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until nuts begin to brown, then stirring constantly until nuts are light brown.
